Walking

Walking is great for short trips. It gives you a chance to stretch your legs, take in your surroundings, and enjoy some fresh air.   It’s also good for your heart and your brain.  Walking regularly lowers your resting heart rate, blood pressure and cholesterol.  Just 20 minutes of walking a day can increase blood flow to the brain, which helps you learn, remember, and process information.
